Project description
BABICHacoustics provided acoustical consulting services for this six-story mixed-use new construction affordable housing project in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. The first two stories of the building are a mix of retail and parking. Apartments occupy the remaining floors of the building. Sound and impact isolation between tenants was reviewed and recommendations were made for the building to comply with acoustical requirements in the International Building Code (IBC).
