BABICHacoustics completed a community noise survey prior to the installation of a packaged HVAC unit on the rooftop of a garage located behind Ki Ramen in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. In order to obtain a construction permit with close proximity of adjacent neighboring residential properties; noise measurements were completed and recommendations were made. A follow up survey was required to document the noise levels at the neighboring residential property lines when the rooftop unit was running. Compliance to the City of Pittsburgh noise code was provided after construction.
