BABICHacoustics completed an analysis to evaluate sound transmission issues between a fitness center and the apartments above in the mixed-use development. Acoustical testing was completed in the apartments when classes were in session to evaluate the sound isolation provided by the building structure. Recommendations were made to improve the condition between tenants in order to achieve a satisfactory noise level in the apartments above.
