Project description

BABICHacoustics worked with Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Garden to complete a noise survey and acoustical evaluation of the new Exhibit Staging Center (ESC). This City of Pittsburgh’s former public works building is a typical building of the 1960s with block wall masonry, a flat roof and no windows. In 2019, Phipps renovated this structure into its ESC with a dynamic, modernized design. Acoustical survey was conducted for the WELL Building Certification.
