BABICHacoustics was established in 2011 in Pittsburgh to provide architectural acoustics, noise control, and test and measurement services. Prior to starting the company, Jeff Babich acquired ten years of acoustics and audiovisual consulting experience on hundreds of projects for universities, health care facilities, and commercial buildings throughout the country. The company is an active member of the National Council of Acoustical Consultants, the Acoustical Society of America, and the Institute of Noise Control Engineering. The firm is a certified Small Business Enterprise and Small Diverse Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a certified LGBT Business Enterprise by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
